In 2026, the Shine Forward Foundation was selected as the nonprofit partner for the Incentive Research Foundation's Annual Invitational, bringing together hundreds of professionals who know how to inspire people to rise. What could be more important than helping a woman rise through a fresh start?
In the spirit of this partnership, a portion of funds raised through this campaign will be dedicated to women working in the hospitality and service industry. These are the women who show up every day to take care of others, often while quietly struggling to take care of themselves.
